Basic activity directions Main activities: - Examination and improvement of legislation, review its conformance with the Constitution; Study of the Constitution; - Comparison of the Constitution to other countries’ constitutions; - Improvement of the Constitution as well as preparation of proposals to amend to the Constitution with other constitutions’ progressive development manners; - Examination of scientific research on constitutional assurances of human rights and establishing them in the Constitution; - State and Law: principles, mutual relations, administrative law; - Development of election rights and enhancement of electoral code in Azerbaijan.
